Sabriye Tekbilek is an international performer and instructor of Middle Eastern dance whose stage presence and technique have been shaped by a lifetime of international performance and study. She is the daughter of renowned Turkish musician, "Haci" Ahmet Tekbilek, and Lisa Djeylan, once an international bellydancer herself. Sabriye grew up in an environment of Middle Eastern Music and dance. As a child and young adult Sabriye studied many dance forms, including Flamenco, Ballet and Middle Eastern dance.
While attending the University of California at Berkeley, she began taking classes with renowned teacher Suhaila Salimpour and quickly became a member of the Suhaila Dance Company and Bal Anat. Sabriye was featured in the original run of Suhaila's stage show Sheherezade, as well as in DVDs for Bal Anat, the Suhaila Dance Company and Suhaila's Bellydance Fitness Fusion series.
It was while studying with both Suhaila and Jamila Salimpour that Sabriye was encouraged to begin teaching, awakening a passion for instruction. She is currently one of few the authorized instructors of the Suhaila Salimpour Format and holds the highest level of certification available in both Jamila and Suhaila Salimpour formats.
In 2005 Sabriye based herself in the Middle East where she has since worked for seven years with Lebanese agent Toros Siranossian through out the Gulf and North Africa. She also spent one year in Cairo working at the prestigious night club Haroun Al Rashid in the Semiramis Intercontinental Hotel along side the legendary Dina.
Sabriye has to date danced across the U.S., in Sweden, Norway, England, Turkey, Spain, Greece, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Syria, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and India. She has performed at exclusive venues including the Nobel Prize Party, Warner Bros. Studios, the Miss India Competition; and she has shared the stage with popular Arabic stars such as Ragheb Alama, Wadi Al Safy, Sbohi Tawfik, Marwan Khoury, Wael Kfoury, Abdel Basset Hamouda, Saad, Mahmuod el Husseini, Houba and regularly performs globally for dignitaries.
During her travels Sabriye continues to explore the depths of Middle Eastern dance and music through studying and teaching workshops along her way.
Anne's dance background is mainly influenced by Tribal Fusion and American Tribal Style (ATS®) Bellydance but she also dances other bellydance styles and Burlesque Fusion. She has mainly been studying with Elnaz Ashkriz, Sophia Mirlashari, Ulla Edenmark and Maria Hansson Österlund in Sweden but she has also trained with international dancers such as Carolena Nericcio-Bohlman (USA, creator of ATS® and founder of FatChanceBellyDance®), Megha Gavin (USA), Kristine Adams (USA), Kae Montgomery (JPN), Devi Mamak (AUS), Kami Liddle (USA), Manca Pavli (SVN) and others. She has several years of teaching experience and is certified in General Skills, Teacher Training och Technique for Teachers for ATS®. Since 2015 she is also a FatChanceBellyDance® Sister Studio.
In addition to her role as a dance teacher, Anne is an active member of the dance troupe Tribe Nenuphar (Tribal Fusion and ATS®) and has performed for many years in different dance shows, corporate and private events, as well as festivals, art and charity fairs.
As a teacher Anne strives to always balance the basics with new challenges and pass on the feeling of spontaneity and community that characterizes ATS® to her students.

Jeka was born and raised in Valencia Venezuela. She began her dance journey when she was a child. She started with gymnastics when she was 10 years old and at the age of 15 she took her first belly dance class.
Jeka studied Classical Oriental belly dance with Matilde Mendoza during seven years in Venezuela, where she was also introduced to the tribal fusion belly dance style by the first time. Since then she started her self taught studies through instructional DVDs and watching videos because there were no specialized tribal teachers in her city by then. In 2009 she started taking workshops with international tribal stars who were teaching in festivals in Venezuela and she also began traveling around the world to get knowledges every time she got the chance.
In 2011 Jeka won a prize as Tribal Fusion professional soloist at Oriental Fantasy Festival arranged by Beata and Horacio Cifuentes in Berlin.
2015 Jeka was certified as Suhaila Salimpour level 1.
2016 Jeka did the American Tribal style® instructor certification and became a Sister studio of Fat Chance Belly dance®.
Since 2009 until now Jeka has studied with many acclaimed worldwide belly dance teachers as Suhaila Salimpour, Sabriye Tekbilek, Carolena Nericcio, Rachel Brice, Sharon Kihara, Samantha Emanuel, Kami Liddle, Elizabeth Strong, Ashley Lopez, Jillina Carlano, Dud Muurmand, Kristine Adams, Megha Gavin, Saida, Yamil Annum, Mario Kirlis and his orchestra, Rania, Randa Camel and many more. She is always trying to learn and improve her dance skills, looking for different inspirations and techniques.
Jeka became a member of the Bellydance Evolution European tour directed by the bellydancer superstar Jillina Carlano, going on tour with the cast to perform as Tribal ensemble during the show Fantasm Odyssey of dreams taking place in Frankfurt, Hannover, Prague and Tuzla.
She also became Jamila Salimpour level 1 certified.
Jeka got a dancer diploma from Kulturama school of Performing Arts in Scandinavia where she studied Classical Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Street and Tap in a higher level of full time education during one intensive year.
Today Jekas dance style is earthly, delicate, modern and sutil; always growing and trying to build something personal and inspired by popular themes and alternative tendencies.
Maria is a professional belly dancer with more than ten years' experiance in Oriental dances. Before she started to study Oriental Dance she danced flamenco since 1995 and also tried on dance styles such as tango, salsa, jazz and Irish folk dance. In 2003, Maria went to her first class in Oriental Dance and immediately fell in love with it. Since 2011 she has also been studying Persian classical dance by taking workshops and/or private lessons with Helia Bandeh, Shahrzad Khorsandi, Miriam Peretz, Olimdjon Beknazarov, Schachlo and Shahrokh Moshkin Ghalam. Today she is a member of Helia Dance Company of Persian dance. She is also certified in the Suhaila Salimpour Belly Dance Format (SSBD) Level 2 and Jamila Salimpour Belly Dance Format (JSBD) Level 2 and has further education in Creative Dance and Eurhythmics for Dancers at the University College of Music Education in Stockholm.
Nando has danced since he was a very young and has worked as a professional dancer and choreographer for many years. He is a former member of the well known dance company Milorho and is one of the founders and choreographers of the recognized company, Hodi Maputo Afro Swing. Nando is a strong dancer and an experienced teacher of both adults and children. He is appreciated for pedagogy and humble attitude and his aim is to fill his classes with positive energy.
In Sweden, Nando has created Nando Valoi's Dance, an organization that aims to spread and share the Mozambican culture in wester countries through dance and music. In addition, Nando Valoi's Dance aims to create an exchange and connection between the traditional African dances and the swing dances and the modern dances such as Afro-House to create a greater understanding of the origin of the dances and as a way to connect to the roots in the growth and development of newer dances.
